Dear Dick,
Shame on you! The kindest attempts were made asking you and your clients, Timothy Brouse, Alta Design and Michelle Brouse, to cease and desist from any further harassment.
Unfortunately, you have continued to violate a multitude of ethical and moral standards. Now, you have gone so far as to engage in what are quite likely criminal activities.
On April 27, 2007 you submitted documents to the Montgomery County Courthouse that are frivolous and fraudulent. You have knowingly and willingly made false statements. You, and your clients, have unlawfully "hacked" the ethical standards of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. (Please visit http://www.padisciplinaryboard.org/ )
You have disseminated defamatory material. Together with your co-conspirators, Timothy Brouse, Michelle Brouse, Janet Brouse, and Cheryl Sattin, Esquire, you have gone so far as to suggest that God is collaborating in child abuse. Again, shame on you!
Your scandalous actions, including libel and defamation, have resulted in a severe interference with a large number of privately owned businesses. The unlawful actives you have undertaken were done so -- willfully, wantonly, maliciously and in reckless disregard of Human Rights.
At this risk of sounding repetitive, "SHAME ON YOU!"
